Tim Henderson is a litigator who has assisted clients in a wide range of business disputes. Tim’s practice often involves resolving employment, entertainment, intellectual property, and healthcare disputes. Tim has handled all aspects of trial litigation, including pre-litigation negotiations, dispositive motions, and trial. 

Tim enjoys eating sushi and spending time with his family and his grumpy Persian cat, Kevin. Tim began his career at Latham & Watkins LLP.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK

Intellectual Property Litigation

  • Won unanimous defense jury verdict for tattoo artist who was sued for copyright infringement by a photographer whose photograph was used as a reference in the making of the tattoo.  The jury deliberated for less than three hours before rejecting all of photographer’s claims in a decision hailed by the tattoo industry.

Entertainment Litigation

  • Representing iconic comic book writer and artist, won appeal of denial of anti-SLAPP motion, resulting in dismissal of defamation and other tort claims for which Plaintiff sought over $25,000,000. L'Heureux v. Miller, No. B322839, 2023 WL 4014484 (Cal. Ct. App. June 15, 2023).
